Prolific Games Acquires Cooking Customers

CC Box Prolific Games has acquired the card game Cooking Customers from publisher Good Enough Games

Cooking Customers is a game about prepping meals, serving tables, and collecting tips created by Good Enough Games founder Dave Schneider. Players thwart opponents, boost their cooks, and collect tips as they serve tables of ornery and ravenous customers, and try to avoid being fired.

If this all sounds familiar, that’s because it is. Fans of Flapjacks and Sasquatches will be happy to know that Cooking Customers runs on the same game engine that makes stuffing your face with flapjacks and chopping down trees so much fun.

I’m really glad Cooking Customers has found a home at Prolific Games. Flapjacks and Sasquatches was the original inspiration for the game and I’m very thankful to have been able to get to know and work with Jeff over the past few years,” said Dave. “I’m confident my game is in the right hands now.”

“Dave put an incredible amount of thought into this production,” added Left Justified Studio & Prolific Games president Jeff Tidball. “The attention to detail in Cooking Customers is fantastic, and married to Dave’s Kitchen Confidential–level knowledge of this world, this game is going to delight folks with experience on both sides of the eating-out experience.”

Cooking Customers is available today, for direct sale via its website, to retailers via Left Justified Studio & Prolific Games’ standard retail account terms, and via the tabletop distribution network at ACD Distribution and Alliance Game Distributors.
