Refund policy

Thirty-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. The 30-day clock starts when you receive the game. That could be the day it's delivered to you, if your ordered by mail, or the day we handed it to you, like at a convention.

Do make sure you have a good look at your new game right away. Is the box in good shape? All components present? Printing first-rate? If you find anything wrong with your new game, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the game you bought must be in its original condition. It's ok if the shrink-wrap has been removed, but otherwise the game must be in mint, unplayed condition. You'll also need the receipt or confirmation email from your purchase.

To Start a Return

To start a return, email bears@left-justified.com. We'll ask you for information about the situation and see if we can solve your problem short of having you return the whole game. We can often send replacement components, for example, if just one part of your package is damaged or subpar.

If a return it authorized, we'll send a return shipping label with further instruction on how to ship your game back to us.

Items sent back outside this process — that is, without emailing us first for a label and our go-ahead — won't be accepted.

We'll process refunds or exchanges as soon as we've received and verified your return shipment. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges will be made and shipped as we mutually arrange.

Returning Games Purchased Somewhere Else

We don't accept returns of games purchased somewhere else. Although we'd love to hear from you about what you didn't like, and although we might be able to help with certain issues like missing components, if you bought one of our games from a different retailer, their return policy applies to your purchase.
