Orders placed by our retail and distribution partners are covered under separate terms. See our retail sales policy or your company's negotiated terms.
Shipping Charges and Services
Shipping and handling are charged based on your destination and the weight of the items you're ordering. These are calculated at checkout.
You may have the choice of multiple shipping vendors at checkout.
Order Processing Time
The shipping time quoted on our checkout page does not include the time we spend processing the order.
Most orders are processed on the day they are placed, or on the next business day after that. A small percentage of orders are processed the following day.
When your order has been processed, youâll receive an email with tracking information about your order.
Shipping Destinations
We accept purchases from anywhere in the world, but offer shipping to limited destinations.
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Congo, Ivory Coast, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Ukraine.
Why Is Shipping So Expensive?!
We get that itâs expensive to ship games outside the US from our warehouse in Atlanta. Weâre not profiting on shipping, we promise. In most cases, we subsidize it. Your costs reflect our costs.
We encourage gamers outside the US to consider a US-based re-shipping service to reduce expenses. These allow you to receive shipments at a US address, bundle them together with other domestic orders, and ship them to worldwide destinations at prices reduced from what youâd otherwise pay. We donât have direct experience with these vendors, and so we canât recommend any of them explicitly, but you might start exploring services like USAbox.com, MyUS.com, Planet Express, and USA2Me.com.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees
With the exception of sales tax in a number of US states (which we collect and remit), taxes, duties, and fees on your order are your responsibility. It's your responsibility to be aware of the taxes, duties, and fees your package might be subject to when it arrives in your country.
If thereâs some administrative process we can adopt to ease your receipt of an order, please contact us and weâll try to accommodate it. The obvious exceptions include things like lying about the contents of your order, or about what you paid for it. Weâre not going to mark your package as a gift to help you evade taxes in your home country â thatâs not right.
Convention Pick-up
We attend a number of national (US) conventions. If youâd like to avoid shipping charges by picking up an online order at Gen Con, Gamehole Con, or one of the PAX conventions, email bears@left-justified in advance of your order to find out if convention pick-up is available for that convention.
